Casadeur (
Rheinland / black brown / )
Sadira's foal is one of the very first offspring of the young stallion Connaisseur
(Hannover). As expected
is the little colt blackbrown almost without markings, only a few black and white
spots around two hoofs.
More
surprising was the furry winter coat he put on for his great
appearance. Maybe that's what caused the
delay, he was born 19 days after the calculated date. Sadira is again the
best mom a foal could wish for,
gentle, infinitely patient and always considerate. Lucky little guy!
Connaisseur still to young to present meaningful competition results
himself, can built on a very
interesting
and versatile pedigree, including international successful horses in Dressage and Show-Jumping. His sire
Con Amore was a premium stallion in Verden 2005 praised for his great type and three high-quality
gaits.
Unfortunately he was
not able to develop this potential further or even pass it on to generations of offspring
as
hoped for since he
passed away
after only one breeding season.
Con Amore's sire Conteur was able to win many S-class dressage
competitions and his oldest offspring is
successful up to S-class in Dressage and Show-Jumping. Conteur's mother Ofarim
is also the grand-dam of the
approved stallions Contendro I+II, Cassito and Caretano. Conteur is therefore a
member of the famous
Holsteiner line 104a, four times inbred to the legendary Ramzes AA. Con Amor's
mother StPrSt Pia is a half
sister to the dam of the performance test winner Rotspon. Her sire Pik Bube was
not only very successful with
Herbert Rehbein but even more important one of the legends in dressage breeding,
known for his versatile
inheritance and the perfect match with Donnerhall progeny.
Connaisseur's dam is a direct daughter of the famous Donnerhall, adding just
this valuable dressage blood to
Connaisseur's pedigree. She has already produced a son by Weltmeyer competing
successfully up to Prix St
Georg.
Connaisseur has been approved in Germany (Westfalen), Sweden (ASVH) and Belgium
(BWP). At the Swedish
licensing he scored an average gait score of 9.13, including a 10 for his very
impressive canter. He has also
successfully completed the KWPN performance test as
the last of four steps in the KWPN licensing process. He
scored 82,5 points with especially good marks for galopp and rideability.
Sadira's sire is the
German Champion (2001) and Vice Champion (2002) Show Star. He finished his
30 days test with outstanding scores in dressage and jumping (8,43/8,29), he won
the 'Optimum' in
Münster 2002 and finished seventh at the word championships for the young
dressage horses in 2003.
Show Star sired several approved stallions in his first breeding years and highly priced progenies at the
westfalian elite auction 2007 (140.000, 120.000 Euro) as well as the top seller
2008 (195.000 Euro).
In
December 2007 he finished second in the Nürnberger Burgpokal a dressage series seen as the national
championship for
upcoming young dressage horses ending with a Prix St Georges Special.
Show Stars sire is the for his breeding and sport performance well known Oldenburger Sandro
Hit. Himself
German Champion of the six years old dressage horses (1999) and Worldchampion of
the young dressage
horses in Verden, on top sire of another german and world
champion, the exceptional Poetin I.
Sadira is the first foal
of Floria (by Florestan) descending from the Westfalian dam line of the state
premium
mare
Radina from Romadour II. Radina won in 1982 the DLG Show in Munich and is one of
5 full-siblings out of the combination of the Westfalian StPrSt Goldie (DLG Winner herself) and the
Westfalian line founding stallion
Romadour II. Two other full-siblings of Radina are
the approved stallions
Renoir I and II.
Radina's full sister Ribella is the grand-dam of Rapalla, winner of the elite
show of the Rheinländer stud
book 2000 and winner of the mares test in
Aachen (outstanding score 9,14). Rapalla again is the dam of
Samira
from Sandro Hit, the breathtaking winner of the Bundeschampionship for 6 year old dressage horses
in 2007.
Sadira's grand-dam the VbPrSt Contesse from Cor de la Bryere received a gold
medal at the mares
registration. She produced elite auction foals as well as a foal
reaching the final round of 10 at the
german foal championship. Contesse's half-brother Limerick 42 from Landino
competed in dressage up to
Intermediaire I.
