Sadira at the German national foal championship, Lienen

...three years old at the mares
performance test........and with her first foal
Sadira ( Rheinland / Brown / 1,65)
Sadira has caught our
eyes as a foal and found her way into our stable as a 6 months old filly.
She took first place at the foal show and achieved place 16 at the final of the
german foal
championships. Her very friendly, even-tempered character makes it easy for her
to make new friends,
two-legged and four-legged. From the very beginning she was extremely easy to
ride and proved again
how uncomplicated she is. In her basic training she showed a high level of
rideability and a very special
talent for dressage. Furthermore, as her pedigree already indicates, she also
knows how to deal with fences.
Jumping free she is very careful and shows a very good technique. She
successfully completed her mares
performance test with a high score of 7,84.
Sadira's sire is the
German Champion (2001) and Vice Champion (2002) Show Star. He finished his
30 days test with outstanding scores in dressage and jumping (8,43/8,29), he won
the 'Optimum' in
Münster 2002 and finished seventh at the word championships for the young
dressage horses in 2003.
Show Star sired several approved stallions in his first breeding years.
Meanwhile he competes successfully in
international dressage competitions up to Grand Prix level. In 2007 he was
placed second in the final of the
Nürnberger Burgpokals.
Sadira is the first foal
of Floria (Rheinland) descending from the outstanding Westfalian dam line of the state
premium mare
Radina from Romadour II.
Sadira's grand-dam the VbPrSt Contesse from Cor de la Bryere gave also birth to
the state premium mare
Darling (successful in Dressage and Jumping up to class M), the S-class jumping
horse La Corada as well as
a foal
reaching the final round of 10 at the german foal championship.
She is also the grand-dam
of the approved stallion Lord
Lucifer (7th Bundeschampionship 3 yo stallions, Ferienhof Stücker).
Contesse's half-brother Limerick 42 from Landino competed in dressage up to Intermediaire I.
Her dam Radina won in 1982 the DLG Show in Munich and is one of
5 full-siblings out of the combination of
the Westfalian StPrSt Goldie (DLG Winner herself) and the
Westfalian line founding stallion
Romadour II.
Goldie and her daughters StPrSt Radina and StPrSt Richmona were
able to win the family class at the german
elite show 1983.
Radina's full sister Ribella is the grand-dam of Rapalla, winner of the elite
show of the rheinländer stud book 2000 and winner of the mares test in
Aachen (outstanding score 9,14), as well as the grand dam of the
stallion approval vice champion Rockland. Rapalla again is the dam of Samira
from Sandro Hit, the
breathtaking winner of the Bundeschampionship for 6 year old dressage horses in
2007, sold to the UK.
The other full-siblings of Radina are
the approved stallions Renoir I and II. Renoir II was sold to Denmark,
Renoir I was highly valued in
westfalia as a producer of versatile sport horses with high rideabilty until he
died 2007 at the age of 26.The dam line of Goldie
also produced the approval winner
Damenheld I and his younger brother DamenheldII, as well as the third approved pair
Diavolo I and II, finally plenty of successful sport horses e.g. Pik Roman from Pik Bube (Dressage SG) and Pirol74 from Pikkolo (Jumping class S).
